How to Enter

When you spot one of our posters either on the underground or train stations, take a snap of it and post it to your social media account. Remember to tag us and post where you saw it (the name of the station). We will then select 2 winners at random.

1. All entries must be submitted by those aged 18 and over only; this competition is closed to under 18’s. The copyright must be owned by the submitter and work submitted by an under aged entrant will not be entered into the competition.

2. No entries can be made by a CAMRA employee (paid).

3. The terms and conditions of this competition will be formed partly from the details on how to enter. All rules are accepted as final as a condition of entry and the competitor agrees to abide by these rules.

4. The two winning photos will be randomly chosen from the entries. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. By submitting an entry to this competition means it will be taken as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

5. Entries must be submitted by posting the photo on a personal social media account and tag @greatbritishbeerfestival or @gbbf. We are unable to accept other forms of entry.

6. All images submitted must be the work of the individual submitting them. It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure that any images they submit have been taken with the permission of the subject and do not infringe the copyright of any third party or any laws. Entrants must warrant that the photograph they are submitting is their own work and that they own the copyright to it.

7. Only one entry per person will be accepted for this competition. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Entries must not be sent through agencies or third parties.

8. The winning entries will be chosen by a random draw. The winners will be notified within seven days of the closing date of the competition.

9. One entrant shall win two tickets to the Great British Beer Festival 2017, worth £11 each (£22.00 together), provided by CAMRA Ltd.

10. The prizes described are confirmed as available on the date of publication. All prizes are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.

11. Events may occur that will render the competition itself or the awarding of the prizes impossible due to reasons beyond the control of CAMRA Ltd. In the instance where this occurs then, CAMRA Ltd may, at its absolute discretion, vary or amend the competition and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to CAMRA Ltd as a result thereof.

12. CAMRA is responsible for all parts of the competition, which is the publication, adjudication and provision of the prizes for this competition.

How to Enter

1. The promoter is: CAMRA the Campaign for Real Ale Ltd registered in England with company number 1270286 whose registered office is at 230 Hatfield Road, St Albans, Hertfordshire AL1 4LW. Email address: camra@camra.org.uk. VAT number: 540116687.

2. Employees of CAMRA the Campaign for Real Ale Ltd or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.

3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

4. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via www.gbbf.org.uk/competitions or by handing a completed competition form into the membership stand at a selection of participating festivals.

5. Closing date for entry will be 11pm on 21st July 2017. After this date, no further entries will be permitted.

6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

7. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

8. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

9. Winners will be chosen at random by CAMRA the Campaign for Real Ale Ltd.

10. The winner will be notified by email and/or letter within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

11. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be delivered.

12. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

13. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by [English] law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [England].

14. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

15.
